Hoping that some of the more experienced breeders of Sumatras can help me understand what I am seeing.  I understand that there is some of a variance in what the judges like to see, and I have two contrastly different hen types.

Please forgive the shoddy photography

Hen Type 1:

A more blocky type, constantly in show stance.

Hen Type 2:

A more sleek type, holds tail very tight, but will fan from time to time.

I have also noticed this difference in males from different breeders.  I am curious to hear your thoughts.

I think type 2 would be the one i'd show. type 1 doesn't seem to have as good of color or stance.
